Not sure why he gets negative reviews. He has been my dentist since 2001, and I have highly recommended him. Many of my friends, co-workers, etc. have changed to be under his care, and speak highly of him. He has always been available to me, and others I have seen come to his office. There are people who I've seen who are just difficult. I have on several occasions seen patients complaining because they have had to wait, even though they were 30 minutes or more late to their appointments.I have also seen where he has been handling other emergencies (example: I came in with something stuck in my gum), and other patients just don't understand the realities of the medical profession.
About Front Desk: Very good. I get normal reminders, they are always mindful of my time and are helpful when I need to change appointments, etc.
About Hygienist: She is awesome, tender, etc. He has had three since I was there, and one he got rid of because she just didn't offer the level of care the other two did. Not sure how she left, but she was only there once. I get my teeth cleaned three times a year, and only having two technicians in 14 years speaks to their commitment to his practice. Not sure what else I can say.
