I went to Dr. Hudgins for the first time for my routine cleaning. I had to wait for 30 mins. After 30 mins of waiting, the dental assistant took my x-rays and left me in the room for another 20 mins and when she came back she said she had lost my left xray and started looking everywhere. She couldn't find it and took another x ray. Finally the doctor came and he was not friendly and sounded so cold and said I had a cavity so first I need to make an appointment for the filling and then they will do the cleaning. I have to go once for the x-ray, once for filling and then the third time for cleaning. I don't know what kind of practice they run, but I had never had to go for routine cleaning three times, they always do that in one setting. As far as their office is concerned, it was so run down and all the equipments seemed like they were from the 70s, paint chipping and so old. I will not go to him again or recommend him. Also when my husband went for cleaning, the doctor didn't even come that day, his assistant did the cleaning. Only time my husband saw the doctor was when he came in room to check x rays. He also had to go twice ones for x ray and 3 weeks later for cleaning. You are better off finding another doctor and practice
