General dentistry care. I've observed from other patients that the office is very good about squeezing in emergency situations. However, while the facilities are okay, the overall "atmosphere" of the office is not warm and comfortable. Staff is very absent-minded, often times messing up appointment dates and times. Dr. Katz himself is qualified, but has an awkward chair-side manner. I would not recommend Dr. Katz but I also would not say "run...stay away."
About Hygienist: Hygienists are very competent and friendly. Thorough and gentle are good descriptions.
