I don't recommend Dr. Keat. Her replacement of my filling will need to be redone. She is very chatty while you are in the chair, and it can be hard to keep up your end of the conversation! Finally, and most importantly, I was not impressed with the office billing procedures. I was billed for x-rays I didn't have, and when I asked about the error, I was told that the office had already been reimbursed by my insurance company. Rather than add messy paperwork, could they do xrays at my next visit for free? I thought this was unethical. I won't be going back to Dr. Keat.
