I went in for a cleaning and told them prior to my visit that I only wanted and only needed a cleaning. After 2 hours, x-rays and a sales pitch fo rimplants and veneers which would cost me over $2,000, I still did not have the cleaning that I came in for. Then, they ran out of time and billed me $200 for the diagnostics. I refused to pay because I did not get the service that I specifically ordered. So the guy sent a bill collector to me and put a black mark on my credit report. 4 years later when I go to buy a house or car, his black mark still haunts me.
