About Front Desk: I've been going to dr.Langs office for 15+ years. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I was treated with today. I called last Wednesday to schedule a check up appointment for today at 10am, in that same phone call I updated all of my contact info- new phone number, address, everything. When I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment this morning I was told my appointment had been cancelled because I "didn't confirm" my appointment. Which wasn't confirmed because whoever took my phone call last week, didn't update the new contact number I gave her. But somehow my new address was still updated like I asked. Whichever young lady helped me at the front desk today I was pretty much told sorry not sorry. I now live 35 minutes from this office but chose to continue my service here because I used to be pleased with how the office was ran. But today, I was not offered my original appointment or that same customer service I'm usually treated with. But was told "I'll get a call if something comes up". I will no longer being using this office in the future. It's been a nice 15 years and I hope your staff will learn to accommodate future patients with this much history at your practice with much more understanding in the future
