Dr Claybrook runs a tight ship. I have been going to him for over 5 years and exams/cleaning have always started exactly on time. He is always ready, dispenses pain relief without discussion (nitrous), and is very efficient. This means he has little time for communication. If you are interested in actively managing your own dental care, you need to ask detailed questions and insist on an explanation for his planned treatment.
