Dr. Laurent is a very kind dentist and listens carefully to any and all pains and discomfort. His hygienist staff is fantastic - they're not just about doing their job, they genuinely seem to care about you as a person. Carol at the front desk seems to remember everyone that comes into the office.
I referred someone to their office recently and Dr. Laurent's office sent me a hand-written personal thank you card, telling me that my referral was the highest compliment I could give. That kind of follow-up was such a nice surprise!
All in all, though the facilities are not "like a health spa," they are very clean and comfortable and what I would expect from an office more concerned with correct procedures than with pedicure service. With such a 5-star staff, I refuse to go anywhere else.
