I have been going to Mark for about 15 years. He has excellent customer relationship skills, patiently explains procedures, emphasizes preventative care, and has a remarkably helpful and friendly support staff. Removed my mercury fillings with rubber dam to avoid me swallowing any dangerous mercury; oxygen was optional (to avoid breathing mercury vapor--my own opinion is that this is critical and should not be optional). My only complaint is I would like to see him be more of a "hawk" on using natural products, avoiding chemicals. I feel lucky to have found him. My 2 rating out of 4 shows up as expensive, while I would say he is closer to moderate, as dentists go.
