Dr. Kwong's staff is the friendliest dental staff I've ever met. Everyone introduces themselves and shakes your hand, from the front desk to the hygensits, and herself. She explained everything that she was doing to me and also set up a list of treatment plans that she would follow each visit there-on after. Her front desk also went over the plans as well. Everyone was very very friendly. It was a great dental experience - and I don't like going to the dentist.
