Dr. Mackenzie has done my front teeth crowns twice. Once with great success, the second time with less success. He moved offices between the two, and records were not accessible so he could know what he had done the first time. On the second group of caps, he sent them back to the lab to see if they couldn't be made the way that I wanted them made. I don't know who was handling the cost of this--whether it was MacKenzie or the lab, but when I went back in. He put the teeth in, and didn't even show them to me at the end---in case I didn't like them--and went on to another patient.
The teeth are fine, but I am still having trouble with one of the 4 as it is misaligned and therefore has to be reglued regularly. At the present time, I am now looking at needing a bone graft and implant from the bacteria that entered the tooth from the loose cap.
