Dr. Arnold is a great dentist, conservative, nice guy. Liked going to him.
The woman who does the scheduling is RUDE and not nice. I have NEVER missed an appointment in three years. Today I did. When I called to apologize and explain, she was all like "You must pay our no-show fee." She was not nice, and three years of loyalty apparently stood for nothing. Dental is too expensive to put up with not nice people, so I moved.
