A co-worker had suggested I use Dr.Guiv because she had such a wonderful experience. I was sceptical at first, but when I arrived I was greeted warmly by Christine (office manager). I didn't even sit for 5 minutes before I was taken back. Dr. Guiv spent time explaining to me what I needed and asked many questions of me. I truly feel that I am an advocate for my dental care, however Dr. Guiv made sure that all of my concerns were addressed and he added more to think about. Dr. Guiv told me to do a crown and my cleaning would take about an hour and a half and he finished it early. He checked in frequently to make sure I had no pain during the process. Lisa, his dental hygienist was very warm and friendly and it was the best cleaning I ever had. I went on vacation, but developed some painful cold sores and I called Dr. Guiv from New Mexico and he faxed a prescription right away. In addition when I returned home and received the permanent crown, Christine, who had only met me once, knew it was my Birthday the next day. Everyone in this office is so willing to make your experience the best possible and Thanks to a very dedicated staff and a very, very talented dentist, this office will remain my dental office in Maryland.
