Dr. Chen was very flexible in scheduling time to fit me with a bite guard, for which he charged a very reasonable fee. He also took the time to adjust my retainer, which I have had for many years, so that it fits again. Dr. Chen was referred to me by a long time patient who still goes to him despite moving to Berkeley.
