Consider yourself warned! Dr. German jaquez was previously practicing at Fifth Ave dental when i was his patient. i was told to get invisalign by doctor german in 2008 and i did, after my tooth couldnt really get to a fully straight state, so doctor german told me that lumineers was the way to go. paid 6000 for invisalign andthen 8500 for 4 "lumineers". He said that my tooth would be lightly shaved and preped but not much so i went for it. The day it began, he begin shaving down my teeth and later i see that they are shaven 50 percent (OMG)... I ignore it and let him proceed to put the now turns out to be veneers on and after it was done it was misaligned .2 inchs my left and he said that was okay. so i spent all this money and was lied to in addition misaligned my perminate veneers! i didnt make a big fuss and just forget it. 2 years later my teeth begin falling out because of bonding issues. apparently he didnt even properly check my bite or misbonded. Now i am forced to redo all my teeth over because of misalignment and wont bond anymore. Dr. German is about the money. and if he skrews up, the guy will not admit but instead convince you to pay more or that your vision is off. STAY Away!!!!!!
