He refuses to communicate on the phone. We live 2.5 hours away from his office. Driving in VT winters long distance is not easy to do.
He changed his thought of the prognosis a few times and never committed to a plan B treatment knowing very well that his initial plan was unsuccessful after over a year.
His appliance kept breaking and did not provide the relief promised.
There was no clear direction or end in sight for his treatment.
Eventually we elected a surgery with another doctor.
