Dr Geare is my general dentist since I moved to Seattle. I like him. He's always patient and try to explain my questions with details. He is also experienced and friendly. Sometimes I don't like the staff. Once, I was trying to reschedule an appointment, and when I was on the phone with the front desk, I could tell the staff directly told me No available slot without even check on the calendar, the answer is like not even one second after my query, then I asked another date, same thing, another No without one second of delay, of course, I got a 3rd No, so I kept my original schedule, which was 2 weeks after. Another thing I don't like the staff is, the nurse had dropped my crown on the floor twice! one is the temporary, the other one is the permanent, yak! then she just quickly washed it from the sink, and gave it back to the Dr. The next thing is it's in my mouth, gee... just think of it, how many germ could it have?! The facility is all right, nothing fancy, but OK. The cost is not very expensive. The hygienist is friendly, but seems in a hurry sometimes. So overall I'm fine with the Dr, but not very happy with the staff.
