Dr. Jensens office staff is rude and incompetent particularly his bookkeeper. Dont expect to get an answer for any problems that come up concerning your teeth. It can take days for his staff to get back to you when you call in with a question that requires an answer from the dentist. Unless you are persistent they dont call you back at all. His bookkeeper is either unwilling or doesnt know how to give an estimate of what a procedure is going to cost before the work is done. For example, I was scheduled for a root canal and wanted to know what it was going to cost before I had the work done and she told me she couldnt give me that information until the work was completed so I had no idea what to expect it to cost. She also does not have the ability to give a separate bill to adult family members who are on different insurance policies because as she put it my computer program doesnt allow it. She also uses the excuse that the balance has to be zero before she can separate the bill but from my experience even when the balance is zero she still cant figure it out. The dentist does not get involved in resolving issues that arise between his staff and patients so although he may be a competent dentist you are stuck with his incompetent staff. I would not recommend this dental clinic.
