A few years ago I went to Maebo’s dental office and liked their professions. Facilities were good, and their operation didn’t cause too much pain.
My impression was ruined by their irritable Clinical Coordinator unfortunately. When I asked her about changing an appointment to another date, suddenly she talked offensively toward me and made me very angry. She threatened me implicitly and unjustly that I needed to come to the appointment or a cancellation fee would be charged.
She prejudged I was refusing to come to the appointment, but I had never said such words. And I asked her only once.
I decided to let the irritation go. However the coordinator seemed to take my tolerance as a weakness, and had been impolite occasionally. The last straw was when I was leaving Seattle and moving to another city, I had clearly answered them no need to make further appointment. She still sent me a few email to ask for new appointment, and in the last email, the coordinator yelled at me to see them again for my teeth health.
Therefore I decide to post my review about the dental office here. Their attitude and threat to customer were completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
