The facility itself is nice, the front desk ladies are okay, but the dentist is awful. Went to him for over 7 years, when I was a teenager I developed severe anxiety and was still confused by it. I had not learned how to control my anxiety and did not have any coping techniques. During a procedure where he had numbed me, I started having a panic attack. I expressed my concern to him and he called me a "retarded brat" and told me to never come back. I left the office crying. Being so young I did not understand how truly unprofessional this was. He had always seemed snappy, and very passive aggressive, but to be so outright rude was unacceptable. His chair-side manner is as low as can be. As far as what I experienced in the past, it was always low on pain and easy. If you don't mind being verbally abused, I guess it would be a great place to go. Can't speak towards cost as I was under parental insurance at the time. It has been 7 years since this incidence occurred and it still upsets me, so hopefully at least one person decides to find another dentist. Dr. Kuo in Bellevue is EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend him.
