I have seen dr. Nelson for years now but over the last couple of years things have changed a lot. She does not seem to be focused on dentistry as she will get up while working on me and just leave for long periods of time. I also have had to wait for her to show up for work as I was the first patiant but was there before her. I dont know what it is but her turn over rate for asistants is very high. Dr. Nelson seems as if she has just rolled out of bed every time I have seen her in the past several visits she looks un kept and un professional.I am looking for a new dentist at this time. I could go on but I dont see the point as this will probably never get read any way.

About Front Desk: I had become so used to seeing Jennifer when I walked into the office that I was a bit surprised when I was told she was gone and the new person was a little over the top on trying to take her place. I can understand why Jennifer left but wish I had been able to say goodbye as she was very good at what she did and was a very down to earth person. I will miss her and Barb.
