Dr. Oliver has a twisted sense of humour he comes off as being very rude, but you get used to it after awhile. My kids complain about the pain from times he has drilled on their teeth. The office charges $90 for broken bracket and lost retainers. The retainers are flimsy pieces of plastic so expect to break quite a few. Also we had problems for the longest times of brackets popping off, not sure if he didn't glue them on correcty, but he charged us just the same claiming the kids were eating foods they are not allowed to eat. I do not think he runs a very profesional business at all. They do not make courtesy calls to remind of appointments so if you are late or miss an appointment they charge you $35.
