Reception is very poor, his sister is the receptionist.
She made demands via email for future appointments, not kidding. And with an addendum stating she will be so busy with her insurance billing, etc. so call NOW!
As a business owner, I know NOT to include what I do to maintain my business. And she poured out all of her responsibilities. Who doesn't have these challenges?
When I approached Dr. Huysing regarding her rude reception, complete unprofessionalism, her unawareness of
our record keeping, no smile ever included to make patients feel welcome or relaxed and her business she ran via freestyle after his last Business Manager (he needs a Business Degree Employee-not a flaky sister), Dr. Huysing
I'm sure talked with her about this, and his response to me was to send me back all dental records for our family of five.
Loyal to his sister, at the cost of five patients. He responded as if he didn't care and that his business is fine, thank you very much. Very amateurish, a newbie that needs to be taught
via a Business Degree, too.
