Did not have separate rooms; just a half wall divider between the chairs. I would sometimes sit for long periods of time with my mouth agape and could hear him talking to other patients and people in the office.
The office seemed to be overbooked constantly.
The root canal was initially unsuccessful, and I had to go in for a 2nd treatment. He also seemed to use old techniques, though I can't confirm that.
The filling he did was very poor; it left my back tooth with a sharp jagged edge.
The only plus is that I paid nothing out of pocket; it was fully covered by my insurance through work. You can't say that about most dentists, but it just isn't worth it; better to get the work done right.
About Hygienist: Nothing particularly out of the ordinary, but the equipment he was using seemed very old.
