Dr. Campo operates a solo practice where everything is first-class. The service is personal, they take time to explain things and present options. Gerry is calm and easy-going, and will spend as much time with you as needed.
I had to have a lot of work done, and they presented me with a detailed plan for all the work, with pricing, insurance coverage, etc. They worked with me to spread work out into the next year for insurance purposes.
The staff is friendly, and because the practice is small they actually know you. Among the hygienists (all very good) Kathryn is particularly outstanding. She won't browbeat you about flossing, but she will be persistent in trying to find the right combination of home care that will work for you.
The office was completely remodeled within the past year or two, and is very clean and comfortable. You can find fancier dentist offices, with with aquariums, etc. -- of course, you pay for all that. The important stuff -- the dental equipment, chairs, etc. -- is all first-class.
Billing and insurance has all be handled smoothly. Again, I think the size of the practice reduces the chance of errors and confusion.
