I had to cancel short notice once due to a family emergency and they weren't upset at all and gladly rescheduled me. Roberta is an insurance wizard. She usually knows the answers to most questions and if she doesn't, she can find the answer pretty fast,

About Hygienist: Mara....since she got there years ago. It's kindof like going to visit a friend instead of getting my teeth cleaned. However, they always feel clean and she does a great job....very thorough yet gentle.
