Dr Cheney and her staff are very friendly and do their best to make you comfortable. Facilities are immaculate. What I didn't like is they changed out a filling during which they cracked a tooth. They made a temporary crown and when they went to remove it was very painful. They tried scraping some glue off the remainder of the tooth and I again said I was in pain. They finally tried giving me a novacaine shot after I was almost in tears, and all it managed to do was make my cheek numb. I said I could feel even the air moving across the nerve and the gal said "oh no, you shouldn't be feeling anything now" then proceeded to poke at my tooth with a dental instrument. This sent me out of the chair with a profanity. They finally managed to get the crown on, but I still cannot chew on that side (it's been 4 months) and the air, cold or warm liquids/food or any pressure on that tooth hurts. I'm beginning to think now I may need a root canal. Needless to say, I believe I will be trying another dentist.
