First I waited ten minutes for the receptionist so I could check in, during which I time I called the office only to listen to the phone ringing. Just before giving up and leaving the receptionist appeared and I was immediately taken back for my appointment, which momentarily made up for the wait.
In the dentist chair, without a word, the hygienist began scraping around in my mouth. This was extremely messy and painful. After a few minutes she got up and left the room; this happened about four times without explanation. Going back to my mouth she explained that she would only be doing 1/4 of my teeth, and gave "time" as her only reason.
Before deciding I would never return I tried to schedule the next 1/4 of my cleaning, which was a horrendous failure. I continually told the receptionist when I was available, and she kept offering me times which didn't match. I finally gave up and took a time I couldn't make just to shut her up and I figured I would just cancel it later.
Knowing my insurance covers 100% I asked if I owed anything, just to make sure. I was assured that my insurance covered everything and I was set. Today I recieved a bill for several services I didn't receive, and the ones I did.
I'm insulted, and I'm done.
