Dr Fukuda is an excellent dentist. Superb. She is conservative in her treatment and recommendations, yet thorough. I also really like her as a person. I just wish she had better staff. The quality of the hygenists varies; some of them talk a lot more than they clean. Some of them seem very thorough in their technique and others seem to do only a superficial cleaning. The office staff person is intattentive in her work, and has made basic errors that she has had a hard time understanding, so much so that we don't even bring them up anymore, and sometimes she's a bit rude. Sometimes the wait is 30 minutes or more, making us have to work late to make up the time. If you just need regular cleanings, you might want to look around for a more efficiently-run office. But if you need any dental work done, Dr Fukuda is excellent. I've been going to her for about 14 years.
