customer service is awful! only open monday thru thursday. their voice mail system doesn't even allow leaving voice messages (yes....this is written in 2011, 'not 1960)!!! if you need to cancel they require *2* days notice to avoid being charged (but remember - -- you can't leave messages). the overall message from this office is "don't call us, we'll call you" or "clients just get in the way". recommend to find a modern, customer friendly dentist instead!
