If there had been a 5-star option, I would have enthusiastically awarded it to Dr. Nguyen, who is the most thorough and meticulous dentist I have ever encountered, not to mention a delightful person. The cleaning (which he does himself) was fantastic. He also was able to save a tooth that a periodontist had said would require extraction. Dr. Nguyen is extremely compassionate with my being historically difficult to anaesthetize (nerve location issue), does not proceed until the effect is complete, and monitors my perception of the numbness throughout each procedure. Cost was completely in line with the Seattle market. Amanda (Receptionist/Office Manager) is not only friendly and respectful, but efficient with insurance, scheduling and follow-up. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nguyen's dental practice to others, and have done so on many occasions.
