Dr. Hannula drilled into one tooth on 3 seperate visits (all within 6 mos) and was unable to fix the problem I was having, yet he charged me each time. He is very expensive overall and always tried to sell me additional items or procedures every visit. The last and final straw was when he drilled into my tooth and I told him that the numbing gel he used was not working and I was in pain. He said he would drill slowly which was a bad suggestion because I could still feel the drill and the pain was so excruciating that I go up from the chair.
About Hygienist: Very friendly and helpful staff, clean office, and efficient.
