The lady at the counter is an extreem lawsuit liablity for this office. Her ignorance of policy is astonding, and worse, she'll lie till her teeth fall out rather than admit it (that's saying something if she works in a dental office!). Its not worth the drama, I'd avoid this office until they replace the desk staff.
