I'm a new patient for Dr. Gandin and was extremely satisfied with his services and care. However, I will be seeking a new dentist due to his extremely rude receptionist who berated me in front of others about the shape my teeth were in and tried to guilt me in to making another appointment. Her exact words were, "Some people can go 16 years without seeing a dentist, YOU are not one of them." She basically told me I had poor hygiene as well. She went on and on, for about 6 minutes, so much that the other employees began to look our way.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist I had was amazing. She was super kind and nice and did an excellent job.
