This dentist uses only resin fillings, which were not covered by my insurance on any teeth beyond the front 6 on the top and bottom. Although she is a preferred provider, and is familiar with our insurance, I was not notified of this prior to work. Significant pain was experienced after (not during) the procedure for multiple family members. Multiple corrective visits were required (no additional charges incurred). (Services performed: cleaning, fillings, crown)
