I had to have much of the implant restorations replaced by another dentist. I lost four out of five implants in the lower front of my jaw due to poor placement of the implants (done by an oral surgeon) and a fixed bridge that Dr. Smudde made that was designed so it was impossible to clean properly.
The upper front bridge also had to be replaced because of poor design.
