Dr. Marx did the removal of a cancerous tumor in my lower left mandible on Sept. 9, 2009 and then on Sept. 1st. 2010 he did the first reconstructive surgery of the lower left mandible. Recently on May 25, 2011 he did the second reconstructive surgery on my lower left mandible, which will be the last before I'm able to have implants in the lower left jaw. He is world renowned and his knowledge and skill in the surgical setting is without peer. He has published many papers and his innovative procedures have been copied many times by others in this field. He listens and has a very good bedside manner and does not put himself on higher ground than his patient, he will always look you in the eye and give it to you straight. His team of student drs. and residents are equally impressive. I would recommend Dr. Robert E. Marx to anyone.
