I highly recommend Dr. Torbiner, he is the best of the best. I had Dr Torbiner administer my anesthesia for my dental procedure where he was reliable and reassuring throughout. He called me a day before to make sure I was informed and prepared for my procedure.
His level of knowledge and expertise allowed me to feel relaxed going into the surgery. When I arrived, he was very polite and professional. He gave me an overview of the procedure before administering the anesthesia, and when I woke up the surgery was complete. Thanks to Dr Torbiner, the surgery was successful, and I felt little to no pain
