Front desk was always polite and accommodating. Doctor was gruff with his staff but very patient with me. I am a very nervous patient. He tried his best to keep me calm during procedures. He made a night guard for me since I grind my teeth. The assistant wanted to charge me to have it adjusted a few years later. He was very upset with her and said I should not be charged for this. The biggest downside is that it is a little awkward to see him correct the staff. Those conversations should happen behind closed doors. I trust his work. He has done an excellent job. He is close to retirement though. Never had an issue with insurance or anything like that. The office needs updating but looks clean.
About Hygienist: Hygienist was very good but made rude comments about my teeth a few times.
