I think Dr. Gilbert is a wonderful Oral Surgeon, he had handle the extraction of one of my daughters teeth at a yong age and also my husband when he was in his 40's. Both were great experiences.
however; I recently experienced a problem with his office manager. When asked if they could provide a written note from Dr. Gilbert indicating that my daughter had been seen for a gum infection & oral surgery. The school required a written excuse from the Dr. as she had missed 1 week of school. She had been running a very high fever for several days. We learned that she had a gum infection caused with the breaking through of 2 adult molars. The office mgr. was very uncooperative. She sent a note to the school only indicating that she was there for an appt. --- when I specifically asked her to indicate that she was seen for a gum infection and oral surgery was performed. I am very upset with the Office Mgr.!!!!!!!!! Argh!!!!!
