I would highly recommend that any patient who should undergo any treatment at this facility with this so called oral surgeon be well aware of what they will have to deal with once they leave the facility. First the front office staff will request payment in full prior to even verifying benefit coverage. Im sorry but i dont want to play that reimbursement game. Second please please verify exactly what you will be put through while sitting in the back dental chair. We are not a family of liars but according to that office we are. I was supposed to be sedated for tooth extractions and was awake the entire time. They specify otherwise and will not budge on that fact. I am filing a claim with my insurance and the ADA because i never want anyone else to go through what i did. I am in more pain then when i went in with pain. I remember everything. BUt its that whole he said she said game. I sorry but i dont like games nor do i want to play. But if i dont stand up and say this office needs every license they have revoked then others may suffer on account and i coldnt live with that. Please take caution and look into another surgeon in the area. My child would have dont a better job with a pair of fisher price plyers.
