My experience was horrible. Dr. Lew's receptionist called when the approval for my daughter's extraction came from the Insurance Co. She said it was covered 100%. On the day of surgery, her receptionist and Dr. Lew were very pushy when it came to getting this additional procedure which helped in the healing process. They indicated they could not guarantee the healing process without it. I paid the additional 500.00. 2months after the procedure, we got a bill for 586.00. Her receptionist claimed she made a mistake and it was not completely covered. We now owe this money.
