My 16 year-old daughter needed to have four wisdom teeth extracted and I am glad we were referred to Dr. Thompson. The very first thing we noticed during the initial consultation visit was Dr. Thompson's excellent way of communicating with patients. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the required procedure and answer all questions. When it came time to have my daughter's wisdom teeth removed, the procedure went very smoothly and Dr. Thompson telephoned us later that evening to make sure there were no complications. My daughter had two more follow up appointments (at no additional charge) to make sure the jawbone where the wisdom teeth were removed was healing properly. Overall, I would say that patients get a lot of extra care and attention with Dr. Thompson than elsewhere (at least that is my impression). Basically, Dr. Thompson did everything he promised and more and his staff is very efficient and helpful.
