I am devastated by his poor operation on me. I had already suffered another wrong surgery and was reluctant to go under the knife again. Unfortunately my orthodontist convinced me that I needed a jaw surgery for him to continue the best treatment on me. Moy was supposed to only advance my upper jaw forward (partially). He had decided without my consent to move my jaw down and had performed a lip repositioning. The very next day after the surgery I was shocked to see that my upper lip looked quite longer than my natural upper lip before his operation. In addition to the extreme pain and discomfort pertaining to the nature of that surgery, I had to mentally and emotionally suffer more for his absolute selfish act of re-arranging my face without my consent.
He promised me he would take care of it and that only a small procedure would fix it (he had permanently lowered the mid part of my upper jaw and had done a permanent lip lowering surgery, I only discovered the permanency of his psychotic operation on me about a few weeks ago when obtained my medical records for another doctor to see)--- the small procedure he had promised me is cosmetic surgery to lift the lip up which will give me a gummy smile!! Such incompetence---I have to go through additional surgeries to fix these deformities directly resulted from his horrible operation. Now two and a half years after his wrong/horrible operation he refuses to fix his mistake. I am physically, mentally and emotionally extremely frustrated to the point of complete hopelessness.
Please, have mercy on yourself and do not go to this person even if he offers you a free service.
