I have been a patient at Dr. Larson's office for over 20 years. Over the past few years the quality of service has gone down. They triple book, so you are waiting a long time. My latest incident occured this week. I was scheduled for an appointment, when I arrived at the office, I was surprised to find that the office was closed. The next day I received an automated message saying that I had missed my appointment. When I called the office to inform them that I was indeed there and they were not. I was given a "sorry", We thought we called everyone. Next I was informed that they were triple booked and that I could not reschedule for 3 months. When I told the office manager that was unacceptable. She informed me that was the best she could do and perhaps I should call my insurance company to see if I could change dentists. After over 20 years of being a patient, that is how I was treated. I understand that mistakes are made however, I was not prepared to have some one tell me to find a new dentist when they made the error. Additionally, on several occasions they have tried to charge me for things that were covered under my plan.
