2 hour wait time for 1st consultation and after scheduling a surgery date - it was cancelled - day before. Had to wait another month before they were able to schedule me again because they would not communicate with me. When I brought this up to receptionist, she belittled me and said she was new, so it's not her fault. Surgery day (2 months after originally scheduled), I had to argue about how many teeth were scheduled to pull (supposed to be 3, but scheduled only for 1!) Paid $$ and then changed price in front of me, making me pay double. No pain killers were given and my cheeks/neck/chest were bruised. After surgery, we scheduled for a follow up and somehow they "lost" my appointment. They also failed to place gas mask on properly(while I listened to them complain about other clients!), thereby allowing them to charge an extra $385. I filed grievence with my insurance co, and after weeks of them/me trying to contact office billing- Ins co experienced same phone tag disaster i did. When they finally got a hold of billing, they reduced balance from $525 (which should have only been $520) to $364(since they billed for wrong tooth) and finally zeroed out my account. Highly recommend to stay away from this office.
