Dr. McDonald is an excellent provider. However, when I developed dry socket his front office staff was slow to respond and have me come in for remediation. As a consequence I was in a great deal of needless pain for an additional 18 hours or so.
But Dr. McDonald expressed real concern and gave the staff a reprimand.
