I went in for a tooth extraction last Tuesday and during the extraction Barry Keogh slammed his forceps into by bottom 2 middle teeth. Although I was completely numb at the time I definitely felt it! Later that evening when I was able to start to feel my face I ran my tongue over where they had been hit and found that my tongue was bleeding from a chip on the inside of my mouth between my 2 bottom front teeth. The very next morning I spoke with his assistant and let her know my concerns. At first she refused to admit it even happened stating that she was there and their were no issues. When I enlightened her on the fact that I was there as well considering it was my mouth they were working on, she then switched her answer to "maybe you were grinding your teeth during the procedure". How in the world can I grind my teeth during the procedure when I had a huge piece of rubber in my mouth that made it impossible to even move it!?!?!?!? She made zero attempt to solve the situation did not ask if I want to come in immediately and have it looked at NOTHING! LIE and DENY was all I received. Fast forward one week and after brushing this morning part of the tooth actually came out and I am now suffering from a lispe. He could care less.
