My daughter had a TMJ procedure with Dr. Ole Jensen. He didn't give her enough anethesia to knock her out properly and she woke up in the middle of the procedure with a huge needle sticking out of her jaw screaming in pain. The procedure didn't work at all, it actually made her TMJ worse. Even worse than this (as if you could top that) was that the person in the office handling the insurance claim was completely inept! She claimed she got pre approval for the procedure and then claimed she submitted the bill to my insurance company, she did neither. I ended up, after 8 months of fighting with her, contacting CIGNA directly, they said they had no pre approval and no claim submitted. It was a mess and I spent days fixing the problem. Finally only after I submitted the claim and spent countless hours on the phone with CIGNA, they paid the claim. I wouldn't sent my worse enemy to this office for any kind of procedure - not even a cleaning!
