I saw Dr. Waggoner to extract 2 teeth in preparation 4 implants.1 tooth was absessed I was in a lot of pain.I reminded him of my reaction 2 novacaine. He ignored my pain level, I was NOT numb) & he told me,"You shouldn't have let the tooth get so bad." After the 1st extraction, I was in tears, felt no relief at all. His asst remained in the room with me, while he saw another patient. No chair side manner whatsoever, no comforting or reassurance. She asked me multiple times, if I could come back some other time for the other extraction. I repeatedly told her, "No."She had whispersing conversations w/others telling them that they hadn't anticipated the difficulty of the extractions, hadn't alloted enough time 4 both,&that I had put them off schedule. When Dr.returned to do the next tooth I told him the novacaine had worn off, At 1st he had no response, when he started 2 work & I jumped, he said, "Look we can't spend all day."
4 hours later,my face was swollen &black&blue.Fearing septic,I went back 2 the office where they made me sit till the end of the day.
Reluctantly he saw me,said there was nothing wrong, no more he could do & I could go 2 the hospital. I had paid in full &wanted 2 take my radial xray & they refused 2 give it 2 m
